Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator
Hopefully, you’re the steady, confident leader we’ve been looking for.

Let’s rewind for a moment: Were you the kind of kid who naturally made others feel comfortable — but also knew how to hold your ground?
The one people trusted when things needed to get organized? The one who could speak up when something wasn’t right, without creating drama?
Maybe you were the friend who kept the group on track.
The one teachers relied on.
The one who didn’t need attention — but quietly made things better.
You’ve always had a balance:
Warmth without chaos. Confidence without arrogance. Leadership without ego.
You know how to stand firm on policies while still treating people with respect. You can handle a tough conversation without shrinking or escalating it.
And you take pride in running things well.
First of all: That balance is rare.
Second of all: It’s exactly what this role requires.
We’re not looking for flash. We’re looking for steadiness. We’re not looking for chatter. We’re looking for someone who can own the front of the office with calm authority.

If this sounds familiar — we should talk.

About Us
Jubilee Spine & Scoliosis Solutions is a husband-and-wife–owned chiropractic practice focused on movement-based solutions for spine-related pain and dysfunction, as well as thoughtful support for women throughout pregnancy.
We work with patients who want more than temporary relief. Our goal is not just to reduce pain, but to restore function, rebuild capacity, and help people return to activities they may have thought were no longer possible.
We believe progress is built intentionally. That’s why we prioritize clear plans, measurable outcomes, and steady guidance through each stage of care.
As a practice, we are committed to continual growth — always learning, refining, and improving so we can better serve the individuals and families who trust us with their health.
About the Role
This Role Is for You If…
You are the steady one.
When things get busy, you don’t get flustered — you get focused.
When others get emotional, you stay grounded.
When systems get messy, you feel compelled to clean them up.
You are warm — but not chaotic. Relational — but not distracted.
Organized — but not rigid. You care about people.
You care about movement and how it can empower people.
You care about doing things correctly.
And you take quiet pride in running a tight ship.
You don’t need applause to feel accomplished.
You feel satisfied when the day ran smoothly because you made it that way.

Why This Role Matters
In our practice, the patient care coordinator is not “front desk staff.”
You are the first voice patients hear when they call.
You are the emotional thermostat of the room.
You protect the systems that allow excellent care to happen.
We are a small, growing chiropractic practice entering a new season. We are refining systems, strengthening culture, and building something sustainable for the long term.
This role carries real responsibility.
And real trust.
You will work directly with the doctor and his wife. Your decisions will matter. Your presence will shape the patient experience every single day.
