New patient visits are generally an hour long, as are the subsequent report of findings appointment. Following that, we generally try to keep visits to 15 minutes or less to best honor your time.

We prioritize your recovery over insurance restrictions. While we are an out-of-network provider, we make the reimbursement process as seamless as possible for you. This model allows us to prioritize your recovery over insurance restrictions, offering patient-focused one-on-one sessions that combine adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehab in every visit. Most of our patients find this approach leads to faster results, and many successfully use HSA or FSA accounts to cover their care.

We do have X-ray in house and utilize it when medically necessary. Not all conditions warrant early imaging, and chiropractic adjustments are generally safe to perform even without taking x-rays first.

No referrals are needed in order to come see us, but if you are referred by a physician or other healthcare provider and would like us to stay in communication with them, we can send notes to your doctor to keep them posted on your progress.
